Plant Health Care Technician - El Paso County Office (Calhan)

Our technicians need to be…

Willing to be trained and pursue certifications & licenses.
Valid Driver’s license.
Must be authorized to work lawfully in the U.S.
These is a physical job and the employee is subject to frequently lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds.
Nelson Forestry is a Drug Free Workplace and all employees are subject to testing at any time.

Pay Structure…

This a salary position. Starting salary is $40,000 to $70,000 annually depending on experience.

Hours and Schedule…

Our work load is the busiest in April, May, August, and September. We are also busy throughout the summer. Winters the technicians are technically on call and there are conferences, safety meeting, and other events that are required but for the large part of winter we are completely shut down as a company.
